Debra is a speech and language therapist based in Airedale NHS Trust, Northern England. She has worked in the field of Dementia for more than twenty years.
Sarah Cairns
Based in Cork, Sarah has been working for many years in the field of Older Person Care. A qualified Shiatsu therapist, Sarah also holds a certificate in Older people in Dance. She currently works as Activities Director in Bantry Hospital.
Kathy Queenan
Kathy is a registered General Nurse and registered Mental-Health nurse based in London. She has worked in Older person care for over twenty eight years and is currently employed as Practice Development Nurse in Central & North London mental Health NHS Trust.
Jannetta McQuat
Jannetta is a Senior Occupational Therapist based in Selkirkshire, Scotland. She holds additional qualifications in Counselling and Management. Jannetta has worked in Older Person Care for the past thirty years.
Sandra Munro
Sandra is a Speech and Language Therapist based in Co Antrim, Northern Ireland. Sandra is a lead tutor for the Anam programme.
Jackie O’Toole
Jackie is a registered Psychiatric nurse with a post grad diploma in Mental Health of the Older Person. She is also Director of Dementia Training Ireland.
Alison Williams
Alison is a Speech & Language Therapist with Manchester Mental Health & Social Care Trust. She has an MSc in Dementia Care & have been working with people with communication difficulties associated with dementia for over 20 years.
Jeanne Yitshaki
Jeanne is a Senior Speech and Language Therapist based in Central and North West London. With over thirty years working in Older Person care, Jeanne has much experience and many qualifications in this area.

Claire McCarthey
Claire is a registered General Nurse with an additional qualification in midwifery. She has worked extensively in Older Person Care for the past fifteen years. Claire currently works as a Clinical Nurse Manager in Bantry Hospital.
Frances Lynch
Frances is a registered General Nurse with a special interest in speech and drama. She has worked in Older-person care for over eighteen years. Frances currently works as a staff nurse in Kinsale Community Hospital.
Kieun Kwon
Based in London, Kieun currently works in London as a Dementia Care Activities Manager. Kieun has many qualifications in Dementia-care training and is currently studying for a MSc in Dementia Studies with Bradford University.
Ann Stuart
Ann works as an Activities Co-ordinator for Older People in London. She is an Alzheimer’s Society trained Dementia Care skills trainer with a special interest in activities and stimulation of older people with dementia
Deidre Lewis
Deidre is a registered Mental Health nurse, with a Bsc and post –grad Diploma, currently employed in Holywell Hospital, Co Antrim as Nursing Services Manager. Deidre has many years of working in the Older Person Care area and is qualified in Dementia Care mapping to advanced level.
Erszebet Pek
Erszebet is a Senior Occupational Therapist working for the Central and North London NHS trust. With many years experience, Erszebet has a special interest in working with Older people with Dementia. She is currently studying for her MSc.
Bridget Healy
Bridget is a registered General Nurse. After many years working with older people, she has special interest in the role of sensory stimulation within communication for older people with dementia. Bridget is based in Dublin and facilitates Sonas aPc training within this area.
Maura Bolger
Maura is a Senior Speech and Language Therapist based in Co Waterford. Currently working for the Brothers of Charity Services, Maura facilitates training in the Anam approach throughout Ireland. She has particular interest in well-being for people with Intellectual Disabilities who develop dementia.
Geraldine McCluskey
Geraldine is a Clinical Lead Speech and Language Therapist for Adult Learning Disability in the South Eastern Trust, Northern Ireland. She has been working for the past 13 years with adults with learning disability, which includes those with dementia.
Agnes Durkin
Agnes is a qualified General Nurse Midwife and Public Health Nurse. She has a Diploma in Teaching Methods from NUI Galway and at present works as Regional Training Facilitator with the Carers Association of Ireland delivering FETAC Level 5 training and other workshops associated with caring in the home to family carers. Agnes works in the North West Region, covering Sligo, Leitrim, West Cavan and South Donegal.
Mary Banks
Mary Banks is a Registered Psychiatric and General Nurse and a full-time Trainer/Facilitator for the HSE. Mary managed an Alzheimers/Dementia unit, part of the psychiatric services in St John’s Hospital, Sligo, for ten years.
